2008 NORTH COAST LACROSSE CLINIC

When:		Saturdays: 9-11am Starting January 5, 2008
Where (Girls):		Carmel Valley M.S. 3800 Mykonos Ln., San Diego *(Jan. 19 will be at Earl Warren M.S. in Solana Beach)
Ages:		Girls 6th thru 12th grades, all skill levels.
Cost/Dates:		$135.00; Increases to $160 after December 24, 2007 Includes: insurance, six sessions**, clinic reversible jersey and ball
Gear Needed:		Stick, visors, mouthpiece and shoes with traction. (cleats are good) If you need equipment, please contact Lacrosee Plus at 760-436-6111.
Program:		Instruction in lacrosse fundamentals will include: philosophies of the game, basic techniques, drills, pre-season conditioning and game situations. Skill levels will be separated as necessary.
Goalies:		After the first week, goalies will receive an extra hour of instruction before each session.
Final day celebrations:		Skill competitions, playday scrimmages, prize giveaways and more...
