2009 NORTH COAST LACROSSE CLINIC

Girls:		6th thru 12th grade, all skill levels.
Saturdays:		9 -12am Starting Jan. 10, 2009
*Location:**		Carmel Valley M.S. 3800 Mykonos Ln., San Diego
Cost:		$150.00; increases to $175 after Jan. 3, 2009 Includes: insurance, four sessions**, clinic reversible jersey and ball
Gear Needed:		Stick, visors, mouthpiece and shoes with traction. (cleats are good) If you need equipment, please contact Lacrosse Plus at (760) 436-6111
Program:		Instruction in lacrosse fundamentals will include: philosophies of the game, basic techniques, drills, preseason conditioning, game situations and daily scrimmages. Skill levels will be separated as necessary.
Goalies:		After the first week, goalies will receive an extra hour of instruction before each session.
Final day celebrations:		Skill competitions, playday scrimmages, prize giveaways and more...
